Taxes

• Unless otherwise specified, all quoted rates are inclusive of applicable taxes (including service charges, Value Added Taxes and/or locally charged taxes).

• Domestic tourism taxes and/or airport taxes may be applicable and are not included. These need to be paid directly to the relevant authority, by the traveller.

• In the event of government imposed tax changes, Balisutha Tour Service reserves the right to alter the rates accordingly. Balisutha Tour Service reserves the right to collect any differentials, which may arise, from the individual client (tour operator).

Cancellations, no show fees & refund policies for Transfers

• Cancellations received 72 - 24 hrs prior to departure: 50% from the rate

• Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to departure / No-show: 100% of contract rate will be charged.

• Cancellations for Fast Boat services received less than 7 days prior to departure:  50%from the rate

• Cancellations for Fast Boat services received less than 48 hours prior to departure / No-show:  100% of contract rate will be charged.

• Cancellations for VIP Assistance / Fast Track Services received less than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure / No-show:  100% of rate.

• The Cancellation and No-show fees apply to general FIT reservations only. GIT (Group) reservations are subject to different rules and cancellation fees.

Private & Seat In Coach - Transfers & Tours (Inclusions)

• Meet and greet services with name signage and/or with Balisutha Tour Service company logo.

• Company specific logo if requested for certain destinations after written agreement.

• Transportation and inclusions according to the booked itinerary.

• Pick-up times will be informed at time of reservation/confirmation or on arrival in the destination.

• Pick-up location will be lobby of hotel  (unless stated otherwise locally).

• Extra surcharge for Non-English Speaking Guide (Spanish, Dutch & German) in BALI: Low Season at USD 35/guide for transfer and High Season (July & August) at USD 35/guide for transfer

-USD 20/guide/pax for transfer (1-2 pax)

-USD 10/guide/pax for transfer (3-7 pax)

Transportation / Mode of transport ( acording of tour condition in mention every tour program)

• All transfers operated with English speaking driver assistance (subject to tariff rates).

• Assistance requirements for languages other than English are subject to availability and require an additional charge where applicable.

• Transportation (road or sea / river transport) are operated by fully-licensed drivers / operators in accordance with local laws and regulations.

• Vehicles are licensed and comprehensively insured and equipped with seat belts for all passengers to comply with all local country laws and regulations.

Child Policy

• Under 2 years: Free of Charge.

• 2-11years: 50% off from the adult's rate (exception for transfers which have mentioned the child rate)

• Applicable child rate is determined by the number of full paying adults (e.g. 2 adults with 3 children - children get 50% discount on the 2 Pax rate)

• 12 years and over:  At full tariff rate.
